Presently Dr. Thorhallsson is the president of CECUA (Confederation of European Computer User Associations) and serves on various EU Consultation Committees.

He has a Master degree in International Business Economics from the University of Ålborg in Denmark.

Bragi Bjornsson received a Cand. juris degree from the University of Iceland, Faculty of Law, in 1994. Studies in Legal English at Westminster College, London, UK, 1997-1998. Admitted to the Bar in 1999. He is the founder and co-owner of the law office of Logvorn, which is a part of the Logfax Group, www.logfax.is
Previously Bragi Bjornsson was the head of legal services at the Directorate of Tax Investigations.

We work with our customers on an individual basis and our recommendations are tailored to their own individual needs. The information technology itself is only a part of the issue at hand. Equally important is the motivation of the people in business and administration. They have to accept the challenge and grab the opportunities information technology gives them.

What have we achieved?

Previous missions have included establishing information technology strategies and also the tactical implementation of those strategies, both at the national and regional level.
